How do I use your data?
When someone visits my website Wix collects standard Internet log information. I won’t be able to identify who has visited my website, but it does give me useful insights into visitors and traffic to my website which I can use to improve my website. Once I have received an enquiry I will contact you in the first instance by email. If you haven’t already I will ask for, contact telephone numbers and home address to which I will be fulfilling the design service. If you decide to appoint Helo Interiors then I have outlined below how I store your data. If I don’t hear from you within 6 months of initial contact, then any information I have stored will be removed.
Who is collecting your data?
Helo Interiors collects your information through an online enquiry form, phone call, or email. This is stored on file on my computer which only I have access to. Helo will only collect the information needed so that I can provide the client with the services they require. Helo does not sell or broker the client’s data.
Why is it being collected?
Contact information is essential and I need it to do my job properly. I need to be able to contact you during and after a project, to provide you with relevant design and drawing information, and to send anything that I think may be of interest to the client and/or project. It is also required to enable me to undertake home visits to the clients property and organise photoshoots in agreement with the client.
