HOW IT WORKS

STEP ONE

​

You’ll fill out a Helo Questionnaire, provide me with some measurements of the room you'd like me to design, send over some existing photo’s and any inspiration images you may have already collected for the project. Once I have all of this information we can then arrange a Video or Telephone chat, whichever you’d prefer, to get to know each other.

 

STEP TWO

After this initial chat I’ll then go away and write a short design brief, summarising the requirements of the project, as well as giving you an idea of the look and feel you're trying to achieve through a Mood board. This will be emailed to you for approval and sign off, or if it's not quite right we can make any necessary adjustments here. 

 

STEP THREE

I'll take the room measurements that were provided and using an Architectural software create a scaled floor plan. The proposed floor plan will reflect the brief and your project requirements, including setting out and accurate furniture measurements so you know what items you can fit, and where. Here you can tweak the layout and once you're happy with it I'll start designing.

 

STEP FOUR

I will produce a 3D concept of the room giving you an idea of what the final design could look like. 

 

STEP FIVE

​

Any materials, furniture, soft furnishings, lighting, accessories will all be identified and form a comprehensive shopping list. The shopping list provides you with all of the supplier information, material details, sizes and cost information to go ahead and order everything for your project.

STEP SIX

​

The final design package will be emailed to you on completion and we'll arrange a suitable day/time to discuss the design and answer any questions you may have. Once the projects complete don't worry I won't just disappear! You'll be able to get in touch with me anytime up until 4 weeks after the design package has been completed when I can answer any further questions that might crop up.
